Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and is 2 years.
  2. In case of product defects identified within 7 days after purchase, consumers are entitled to rights under the DED law, accessible through this link.
  3. The following situations during the warranty period grant consumers rights under the DED law, as detailed in this link.
    • Failure recurring three times with the same defect within one year of the warranty.
    • Exceeding the maximum repair time period (15 working days).
    • If an authorized service station report confirms that a repair is not possible
  4. The repair period for goods cannot exceed 15 working days. This period starts from the date of delivery of the defect related to the goods to the authorized station within the warranty period, and from the date of delivery of the goods to the authorized service station outside the warranty period. If the defect is not resolved within 7 business days and if requested, the importer or manufacturer must provide a substitute item with similar features during the repair.
  5. Malfunctions resulting from product misuse contrary to the user manual instructions are not covered by the warranty.
    • User-related errors such as liquid contact, physical damage, unauthorized interventions, and warranty expiration based on the invoice date will void the product warranty.
  6. Repairs begin after user approval and payment of the repair fee. If the user does not give a refusal or approval within 10 working days, the device will be returned without repair. In paid repairs, the defective part is delivered/sent to the customer. According to our After-Sales Services Regulation, the spare part that is replaced for a fee has a 3-month warranty.
  7. A 14-day unconditional return policy is applicable, and the product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
    • The user, who cannot play the game even though the warranty of the product continues and meets the minimum requirements of the relevant game, delivers the product to the authorized technical service within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If it is determined that the specified game cannot be played after the technical examination, a refund will be accepted.
  8. Users are entitled to a free lifetime maintenance service for their notebook once a year.
  9. The warranty period for a replaced product within the warranty duration is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased product.
  10. The company cannot be held responsible for data loss during the service.
